'Beyond King Tut,' NARI Home Show and other things to do in Milwaukee this weekend
'Beyond King Tut' at Baird Center
"Beyond King Tut: The Immersive Experience" brings the boy king to the Baird Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., for a run starting Oct. 13. The exhibit — nine multi-sensory galleries surrounding you with the story of the Egyptian ruler — is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Timed-entry tickets for peak hours are $39.99; $34.99 for seniors, students and military members; and $28.99 for kids ages 5 to 15. (Prices vary for premium, group and off-peak tickets.) NARI Milwaukee Home & Remodeling Show
The NARI Milwaukee Home & Remodeling Show returns to State Fair Park's Wisconsin Exposition Center from noon to 8 p.m. Oct. 13, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 14, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 15. Milwaukee Home Movie Day
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Archives Department, Film Studies Program, and Department of Film, Video, Animation and New Genres host Home Movie Day from noon to 4 p.m. Oct. 14 at Room B91 in Mitchell Hall, 3203 N. Downer Ave. People can bring home movies in any format, and volunteers will fix what needs fixing and offer counsel on caring for them. Bark & BBQ at Harley-Davidson Museum

Dia de los Muertos doings at Milwaukee Art Museum
The Milwaukee Art Museum leads Dia de los Muertos family activities from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 15. On the agenda: ofrenda construction, dance, music and more.
